Welcome to My Cousin Vinny’s Rentals. By renting equipment from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.


2. Rental Agreement

All rentals require a signed agreement outlining the equipment rented, rental period, and associated costs. This agreement must be completed before delivery or pickup.


3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate space and accessibility for the rented equipment. Prior to delivery, the setup area should be cleared of debris and obstacles.


4. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance due upon delivery. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and cash.


5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.


6. Delivery and Setup

We provide delivery and setup services throughout Rhode Island. Delivery fees may apply based on location. Setup includes securing and inspecting equipment to ensure safety.


7. Equipment Use and Safety

Adult supervision is required at all times during equipment use. Customers must adhere to the provided safety guidelines and ensure that participants follow all rules.


8. Liability and Insurance

My Cousin Vinny’s Rentals carries liability insurance for our equipment. However, customers are responsible for ensuring the safety of participants and may need additional event insurance.


9. Damage or Loss

Customers are liable for any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be assessed accordingly.


10. Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, we offer rescheduling options. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be provided, excluding non-refundable deposits.
